Nursing Philosophy

My Nursing Philosophy:

Throughout my educational experience, I have researched myself in order to become more self aware. During this time I have discovered what nursing is to me and what my core values are. Nursing to me is providing care to those in need no matter what walk of life they come from. I believe that everyone deserves the best care that medicine has to offer. My core values are integrity, respect, compassion, and collaboration. It is through these core values that great nursing is able to be provided not just by one individual, but by a whole team.
